Makayla Slone is a doula in North East Indiana to Southern Michigan, where she lives with her husband and three beautiful children. Makayla’s doula work started after her first born where she felt lost and ill prepared. She then started learning about how to help other mothers in these sacred times. That is when God called her to be a Doula. Before becoming a Doula, Makayla was a CNA. She is currently a hospital corpsman in the U.S. Navy.

Makayla has also had some trauma therapy after the loss of her twin baby girls where she advocates for family is going through these hard times. Makayla offers various packages from birth doula to post partum. Some of the services she offers are the following:

• free consultation
  

• 2-3 pre-natal visits
  

• 24 hour text, call and email support
  

• on call from week 36-birth
  

• 2 post-natal visits (meals provided for mother)
